Dx Club Cb I Have A 52 Y/o Patient Who Is An African American Male Inmate, His Finger Nails Are Inferiorly "bent", Dx=?

I have a 52 y/o patient who is an African American male inmate, his finger nails are inferiorly "bent", Dx=? - dx club cb

HX is lost 35 pounds in less than 6mos. All RT, CHX and Abd TDM, CTF, and other tests are normal. PT denies cough, fever, chills, sweating, nausea and vomiting .... ect. The letter of intent, the nails fall (anatomy, above) is like "eagle's beak is curved," and went upward curve (anatomy: superior). Sore nails seemed to be "clubbing" as well. I could not answer or DX bent nail, mechanisms, pathophysiology, etc. Each CNS cancer occult? Please help. Thank you very much.
